FINDING HIMSELF IN THE CUISINE
Beau Churchill, brings his experience to helm our kitchen at Singapore’s sexiest supper club. From an early age, Beau spent most of his time in the kitchen helping his grandma in his native California, which instilled a deep-rooted passion for cooking. These childhood learnings marked the start of his experimental and ever progressive approach to food which are brought to life through his menu at The Ottomani. His pit roasted wholesome sharing plates are slow roasted overnight, providing a texture and depth of flavour which is unable to be replicated with more modern, less labour intensive equipment. Here, Beau is transforming traditional cuisine and flavors through his own memories and making them Ottomani.
